RKerala.com Marketing Associates can market any of the Villa & Flat project mentioned in our Project Marketing List. |

For each confirmed sale, the corresponding Marketing Associate will be eligible to get 1% commission on the cost of the Flat / Villa, i.e., if the price of the Villa / Flat is Rs.35 Lakhs, then the marketing Associate will be getting Rs.35,000/- as commission. |

Is There Any Initial Fee To Become A Marketing Associate ? |
At present company is NOT receiving any security deposit from Marketing Associates other than the nominal processing fee for the appointment of a Marketing Associate, which is not refundable. This is fixed as Rs.10,000/- |

The initial appointment will be for one year & this can be renewed for next 1 year by paying the renewal fee, if the management of www.RKerala.com is fully satisfied with the total performance of the Marketing Associate. |

The appointment will be on non exclusive basis & Marketing Associates will NOT have any exclusive territory. Initial stage, Marketing Associates should not need an exclusive office space but must have a land line phone & a Mobile Phone, Fax etc. with a contact point facility.

How Is The Working Style Of A Marketing Associate ? |
www.RKerala.com will be providing the brochures with the details of all the projects, when a Marketing Associate agreement is executed. |
